Returns and Refunds
All returned items must meet our criteria:
- Items must be returned intact and unused, with all labels attached and original packaging included.
- The item must be returned with the FEBE tag in its original position.
- We do not accept any returns of products that have been clearly worn or that are dirty.
Be careful when trying on your purchases, so you can be sure to return them in the same condition. Returns that do not meet our standards will not be accepted.
The return procedure must be activated within 14 days after receiving the item and your returned item must arrive at the FEBE redelivery point prior to exceeding the 14-day withdrawal date. Therefore, we advise you to book the pick-up time as soon as possible after you’ve activated the return label, to ensure that it arrives within 14 days.
The return is free and is handled by UPS.
To request a return, please write an e-mail to email@example.com indicating:
- The order number
- The product to be returned
- The address, day and the time slots for pick-up by UPS
We will send you a confirmation e-mail containing all necessary details for completing the return.
Once you’ve received confirmation, prepare the package with the return documents included in your order. Here’s how:
- Attach the return label to the outside of the shipping box in which you received the order
- Place all objects with all original packaging inside the FEBE box
- Wait for the courier to arrive and keep a copy of the return label (which will allow you to check the delivery status of your package using the tracking number provided by UPS)
Once your return has been received and accepted by FEBE employees, the refund will be completed through the original payment method. We will constantly update you on the progress of this procedure.
For a quick refund, we advise that you make sure the product meets all our return policy conditions.
Our goal is that all products arrive in optimal conditions and every customer is always satisfied with their purchase. Should you receive an item that is defective, damaged or does not corresponding to the description on the site, please contact Customer Service immediately – they will arrange the return and activate the refund procedure.
