Returns and Refunds


Returned items must meet our criteria:

  • Items must be returned intact and unused, with all labels attached and original packaging included.
  • The item must be returned with the FEBE tag in its original position.
  • We do not accept any returns of products that have been clearly worn or that are dirty.

Be careful when trying purchases so you can return them in the same condition. Returns that do not meet our standards will not be accepted.

The return procedure must be activated within 14 days of receipt of the item and your returned item must arrive at the FEBE redelivery point without the 14 days from the withdrawal date having passed. That's why we advise you to book the collection as soon as possible after the return label has been activated, to ensure that it arrives within 14 days.

The return is free and is managed via UPS.


To request a return, write an e-mail to indicating:

- The order number

- The product to be returned

- The address, the day and the time slots in which to book the collection by UPS

We will send you a confirmation e-mail with all the necessary details to complete the return.

Once the confirmation is received, prepare the package with the return documents included in your order. Here’s how:

  1. Attach the return label to the outside of the shipping box where you received the order
  2. Place all objects with all original packaging inside the FEBE box
  3. Wait for the courier to arrive and keep a copy of the return label (which will allow you to check the delivery status of your package using the tracking number provided by UPS)



Once your return has been received and accepted by FEBE employees, the refund will be completed through the original payment method. We will constantly update you on the progress of the procedure.

For a quick refund we advise you to make sure that the product meets all our return policy conditions.



Our goal is that all products arrive in optimal conditions and that every customer is always satisfied with their purchase. Should you receive a defective, damaged or non-corresponding item to the description on the site, please contact the Customer Service immediately, which will arrange the return and activate the refund procedure.
